Leading Marketplace and Supply products for FREENOW, a pan-European mobility platform (acquired by Lyft) in 150+ cities. I own the product strategy across Marketplace, Fleet & Dispatch Partners, Driver App, and Customer Service—driving ML-powered pricing, matching, and driver experience to improve platform efficiency and reliability. I partner closely with CXOs to deliver on revenue, cost, and quality goals.

Led the strategy and execution of SIXT's post-booking experience across web and mobile. I led self-service flows, digital rental features, CRM, and communication journeys, as well as Product Analytics. Under my tenure, self-service adoption increased from 0% to 40%, CSAT improved to 4.7/5, and new communication journeys led to increased user engagement. We also launched an end-to-end digital rental experience, generating significant product-led revenue. Partnered with our Board and CXOs to shape our Product Strategy.

Led Sixt's India product teams and set up new teams across Rental Ops Software, Self-service, and New Booking Experience. I hired and coached 30+ PMs and analysts, scaling the site from 20 to 50+ product professionals. I reduced operational costs and training efforts through the use of automation tools and AI-based workflows. I also drove strong collaboration between India and HQ in Germany, aligning on core products and systems that powered global operations.

Built an automated system for demand-supply balancing using machine learning, improving marketplace availability and preventing 20% order loss during rains. Launched one-click food ordering (no delivery fees), driving 5% incremental orders and 10% higher repeat usage. I enabled long-distance delivery (+4km radius), growing orders by 15%. I also built an ML-powered chat system to automate 50% of customer complaints. My work helped Swiggy scale during its 10x period of hypergrowth.

Moved internally from Snapdeal to lead the launch of Freecharge's payment gateway. I built direct bank integrations, added dynamic routing, and achieved a lift of over 3% in success rates. I also drove seamless checkout UX and enabled UPI payments in 2016, one of the first implementations in India.

I led the product for checkout, payments, delivery tracking, returns, and refunds. I launched Snapdeal's returns and replacement experience, improving NPS and conversion rates. I also drove the integration of Freecharge Wallet via OAuth across Snapdeal group companies, helping unify the payment experience.

Consulted for Hindustan Unilever, leading a 10-member team to develop decision support and execution systems. I optimised business logic across channels and geographies, helping to surface critical product and inventory issues in real-time, and improving on-shelf SKU availability through better execution tools.

Developed the next-gen UI for Oracle's DB Management Tools (12c). I collaborated with leadership teams across the US and India to develop detailed design specifications and create usable, scalable admin tools. I built an automated configuration tooling for Oracle 11gR2 and developed testing frameworks to streamline upgrade validation. I was consistently rated 5/5 for technical contributions and reliability over consecutive years.
